Warranty Info – Server Embassy
Server Embassy believes in the authenticity and quality of the IT solutions that we offer. Being the official distributor and supplier of leading IT hardware and software, our warranty policies have been formulated in such a way that it renders clarity, transparency and peace of mind to our customers.
Although Server Embassy does not manufacture any of the product it sells, we transfer the relevant warranties of the original manufactures and authorized refurbishers. Read below to know more about what this is covered, and what is not covered by warranty support.
Warranty Coverage
Manufacturer Warranty
Most new products released by Server Embassy including processors, memory modules, storage drives, networking, and other devices carry vendor-guaranteed warranties mostly 1 year up to several years, depending on brand and type.
- With warranty claims of such items, customers are advised to communicate directly with the manufacturer according to their respective policies of returning items, replacing, or supporting them.
- The terms of manufacturer warranty can differ and they are commonly dependent on conditions of the product use, product registration or product packaging.
- On opening of the retail boxed sealed packaging, some warranty returns could be limited by the rule of manufacturer.
Refurbished Product Warranty
Certified refurbished products purchased from Server Embassy are covered by our 30-days replacement policy. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please note that the window for refund eligibility is 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories and original packaging.

Limitations and Exclusions
The warranties issued by Server Embassy do not include the following cases:
- Components that are not revealed during the time of purchase like flash memory or RAM modules
- Software incorrectly functioning, or software incompatibility (additional diagnosis or service costs can be charged)
- Physical damage caused by the user, wear and tear or tampering by the user
- Installation or usage of third-party pieces that are not part of the Server Embassy supply
- Un-authorized alterations, repairs, or updates to the firmware
- Errors that result in failure by power surges, environment or inappropriate storage
- Problems that appear when using beta, cracked or self-created software
- Lack of user security measures resulting in virus infections or malware infections
- Damages associated to non-standard hardware enlargement or deficient system assembly
Customer Responsibilities
- All goods must be inspected upon delivery. If there is visible damage due to transit, notify our support team within 2 working days and share photos as supporting evidence.
- Retain a copy of your invoice and, if applicable, a warranty card, both are required for any claims.
- Ensure proper handling, usage, and maintenance of products to avoid voiding the warranty.
Service Disclaimer
Server Embassy aims to provide reliable service and technical support; however, we make no guarantees that:
- Our services or support will be uninterrupted or free of defects
- Our solutions will meet specific performance expectations or custom setups
- Any errors in third-party software or firmware will be resolved without manufacturer involvement
All information, assistance, or advice provided by Server Embassy is offered in good faith but does not constitute a separate warranty unless explicitly stated.
Liability Limitation
Under no circumstance shall Server Embassy be liable for any:
- Loss of data or revenue
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays in shipping or repair
- Product failure due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized intervention
This applies regardless of whether Server Embassy was notified in advance of the potential risk or damage.
