What is your return and replacement window?

You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Replacements (RMA-based) are also available within 30 days, subject to stock availability.

What are the eligibility requirements for a return?

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories. You must obtain an RMA number from Server Embassy before sending anything back.

 

Are there restocking or shipping fees?

Yes. Non-defective returns may incur up to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs (outbound and return) are non-refundable unless Server Embassy shipped the wrong item.

How do I initiate a return or replacement?

Contact Support with your order number and item details to receive an RMA number and the return address/instructions. Ship via a trackable carrier and write the RMA on the outside of the package.

 

What if my item is defective or arrives damaged?

  • Defective/DOA within 30 days: eligible for refund or exchange (at Server Embassy’s discretion) once verified (photos/serials may be required).

  • Damaged in transit: report within 2 business days of delivery for refund/replacement eligibility.

  • Exported items: non-returnable under this policy; handle warranty directly with the manufacturer.
