Return Policy

At Server Embassy, we’re dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. In case you are to change a product, exchange it or take it back, please check the information below on the criteria, procedure, and schedules.

1. Return & Replacement

    • Refund has to be requested within 30-days, starting with the date of delivery.

    • Replacements (RMA based) can be placed within 30-days, depending on availability.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for returns or replacements:

    • Merchandise should be unused and in original conditions.

    • Original items such as packaging, labels, manuals and accessories should also be included.

    • Details of a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Server Embassy are mandatory- do not dispatch it without an RMA number.

3. Restocking & Fees

    • Non-defective returns may have a restocking charge of upto 25 percent.

    • Shipping cost including outbound and return, is not refundable unless we shipped by mistake.

4. How to Initiate a Return

    1. To receive RMA, provide the information about your order (an order number and description of items) to Contact Support (by email or by phone).

    1. You will also be given an RMA number and our return address details along with instructions on how to make the return.

    1. Send your item back by a trackable delivery route, and be sure to write RMA on the outside of the package.

5. Replacement & Warranty

    • Any defective or DOA items within a 30-day period can either be refunded or exchanged, subject to our sole discretion.

    • Verify all defects by providing proof (e.g., photos, serial numbers).

    • In the case of replacement being requested, the new product will be shipped after the original product is received and verified.

    • Faultless goods which are used or opened (e.g. unpacked software, used parts) can only be returned partially.

6. Shipping Damage, Refused Packages & Exported Items

    • Damaged in transit? Claim must be reported within 2 business days of delivery to be eligible to a refund or replacement.

    • The shipments that have been refused are charged with restocking fees and shipping fees.

    • Items exported internationally are non-returnable under this policy—warranty claims must be handled with the manufacturer.

7. Refund Processing

    • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

    • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

    • Any non-refundable charges (shipping, restocking fees) will be deducted from your refund.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

    • Custom-configured products or builds

    • Opened software or license keys

    • Items marked as final sale or excluded at time of purchase

    • Products missing original packaging or components
